Cancelled or missed appointments

In clinic, home visits, school visits or tele-health sessions.

Cancellation of appointment: 48 hours notice required, otherwise £45 fee will be charged.

Cancellation of appointment on the day of session or failure to attend: full therapy session fee will be charged or for a missed assessment, £145.

Late notice appointments: Appointments made within 48 hours of the session date.

Cancellation fees also apply to late notice appointments.​

Lateness: 15 minutes or more (without notification / agreement from the therapist) may result in a cancellation of the appointment, in which case the full treatment fee may be charged.​

The therapist will confirm request for cancellation of appointment. Failure to adhere to the policy may result in a cessation of service..

Sickness: Therapy sessions cannot be rescheduled if the child is unwell but has not been cancelled in advance by the parent (48 hours cancellation required otherwise a cancellation fee is charged).

If the session must be stopped due to health and safety for example, the child vomits or has a loose bowel motion during the session, the therapist is not obliged to reschedule the session.

The lead therapist reserves the right, to withdraw the service, at any time, with written notification to the client.
