How to Use This Course

Welcome to The Connected Parent Pathway™. Before you dive in, let me share how to get the most from this journey.

Your Learning Path

1. Start Where You Are

You don’t need to be in a perfect headspace to begin. Come as you are – tired, worried, hopeful, skeptical. All of it is welcome here.

2. Module Flow

While the modules build on each other, you can:

  • Work through them in order (recommended for first-time participants)
  • Jump to what you need most urgently if you’re in crisis
  • Return to any module as often as needed

3. Time Commitment

  • Video content: 10-15 minutes per lesson
  • Audio scripts: 15-20 minutes (perfect for car journeys or washing up)
  • Written content: 10-15 minutes to read
  • Activities: 5-10 minutes daily practice

Total weekly time: 2-3 hours (broken into small, manageable chunks)

A Personal Note From Me

After 25 years of supporting families, I’ve poured everything I know into this course. It’s what I wish every parent could hear in those dark moments of doubt.

Use what helps. Skip what doesn’t fit right now. Come back when you’re ready.

You’re not behind. You’re not failing. You’re exactly where you need to be.
