Trusted by SEN Solicitors and Tribunal Professionals
As an experienced EHCP tribunal expert, I support families through what is often a highly stressful process by providing calm, clear guidance and a well defined way forward. My work focuses on producing robust, detailed evidence that accurately presents a child’s needs and stands up to statutory and tribunal scrutiny. I am based in London and Kent, with availability to travel for assessments and tribunal matters.
“I have not worked with Hulya previously, however my overall view of her report is that it is extremely impressive and will be a key piece of evidence, whether amending the draft EHCP or supporting amendments through a SEND Tribunal.”

EHCP Struggles I Hear from Parents Every Week
- The LA’s EHCP offers “some additional support” instead of the therapy hours your child needs
- You’re terrified of vague language that lets them do the bare minimum
- Other parents warn you that you need an expert witness
- The 2-month appeal deadline is looming and you’re paralysed
- You’ve heard the LA usually wins (they don’t)
- You need someone who will specify exactly what therapy is needed—frequency, duration, and therapist qualifications

Here’s What Makes Me Different
With over two decades of experience, I have supported families in EHCP and tribunal proceedings where robust clinical evidence is required. To date, I have not lost a tribunal case in which I have been involved.
Every child I have assessed has had the speech and language therapy provision I recommended formally agreed and specified within their final EHCP. This includes detailed, quantified provision that is clear, lawful, and deliverable, rather than general or loosely defined support.

What You Receive for £1,500*
1. Comprehensive Assessment
2–3 hour in depth assessment at clinic, with plenty of time to observe, assess, and understand your child’s needs fully. Home or school visits can also be arranged where required and may incur additional travel costs. *
2. Legally Robust Report
Specific, enforceable details:
- Frequency (e.g., 3x weekly)
- Duration (e.g., 45 minutes)
- Therapist qualifications
3. Tribunal-Ready Evidence
Covers all EHCP sections (B, F, I). Clear, evidence-based, and written to withstand legal scrutiny.
4. Expert Witness Testimony
I am able to attend tribunal hearings as an expert witness to explain and defend my professional recommendations. In most cases, a clearly written, legally robust report is sufficient and a hearing is not required. Should tribunal attendance be needed, this is provided as a separate service at an additional cost.
Critical Timeline Alert
You have only 2 months from receiving your EHCP decision to lodge an appeal. Missing the deadline means accepting inadequate provision for a whole year.

The Hidden Costs of Choosing Wrong
Parents often hire the cheapest expert to save money—but vague reports can lead to:
- Losing the tribunal
- Missing early intervention
- Paying for private therapy (£60–£100/session)
- Watching your child struggle unnecessarily
My 100% success rate means you get it right the first time.
Your Questions Answered
How is the assessment and report completed within 3 weeks?
With over 25 years of clinical and tribunal experience, I am able to work efficiently without compromising quality. The assessment is focused, thorough, and evidence led, allowing me to identify and prioritise the child’s legally relevant needs from the outset.
This approach enables the report to be completed promptly while remaining detailed, robust, and suitable for statutory and tribunal use.
What if the LA has their own expert?
My reports are clear and child-focused. I’ve successfully countered LA “experts” hundreds of times.
Do you cover my area?
I’m based in Orpington & Harley Street, and travel across London & the Southeast. I offer assessments nationwide when needed. There may be an additional fee for travel.
What types of speech needs do you assess?
All types—including speech delays, autism communication, selective mutism, stammering, and AAC.
Can you guarantee we’ll win?
Legally, no one can guarantee. But in 20 years… I’ve never lost a case.
What if I’ve already started the tribunal process?
It’s not too late. I reserve urgent slots, please contact me to discuss timelines.
