Because documentation changes everything
Why Track Your Advocacy
The uncomfortable truth: If you don’t document it, it didn’t happen. In the professional world, verbal agreements disappear. Emails don’t.
What tracking does:
- Creates accountability
- Shows patterns over time
- Provides evidence if needed
- Keeps you organized
- Proves progress (or lack of it)
